The non-refundable registration fee and the security deposit of the last week’s tuition are due with Application/Enrollment Agreement.  The non-refundable materials fee is due with child's first weekly tuition payment and will be due each September thereafter.  Monthly tuition rates can be determined by multiplying the number of Mondays in a given month by the weekly tuition rate applicable.  A 5% discount on the lesser tuition rate is available for the second child in the same family.  The school age program will be available during public school early closings at no additional fee.  There will be a nominal Extra Care Fee ($10.00) for the school age child on days public schools are closed and the child attends the center full day.  Field trips will be charged per cost of each trip as they occur.  Summer Activity Fees are due when the summer schedule is submitted to the Center's office in spring of each year. Tuition is due in advance of care. If tuition is paid late, a $15.00 late fee is charged. A $35.00 fee will be charged for any check returned by your bank for any reason.  Back up extra care rates:  $42.00 Full Day/$30 Half Day (2.5 hours or less). Parents pay the same tuition every week, regardless of absences or holiday breaks.
